Does my project need on-site detention (OSD)?

It depends on the council, the site and the type of approval. Many Sydney councils require OSD for new dwellings and larger developments, while some CDC projects are assessed differently. Send the address and plans and we will confirm what applies before you commit.

Can you design a driveway to council’s requirements?

Yes. We design driveways, crossovers and ramps with long sections to council requirements and the relevant Australian Standard, checked for gradient and car scraping.

Do you certify stormwater work once it is built?

Yes. We inspect the installed drainage and OSD and issue the certificate your certifier needs, with work-as-executed checks where council asks for them.

Can you do the structural and the stormwater design together?

Yes. Where a job needs both, we prepare the structural and the stormwater drawings together, so footings, pits, pipes and tanks are coordinated from the start.
